I was referred to this "company" by a friend. The service is horrible! Instead of writing a long summary, I'm just going to list their problems...
1. They do not call you to confirm your appointment or call to inform you they are on their way.
2. They broke the base of my brand new table. Because my coworker that I trust, referred them after knowing them personally, they offered to fix. Since I knew her, I agreed.
3. The people who moved the furniture are destructive and have no respect for your belongings. They damaged the wall in my NEW apartment that I moved into on the FIRST day.
4. When I spoke with them about the damages THEY caused, they became defensive, beligerant, and asked if I was sure THEY did it as if I was a liar even after I showed them how they damaged the wall and scratched my NEW furniture.
5. The table they claimed to fix, they have NOT returned to me. This happened April 30, 2011. Today is July 26, 2011!!!
