I know for a fact that the salon owner charges customers differently for the same services based on her personal level of familiarity with them. I had stopped coming here for over a year ( as did a lot of others) becuase I couldn't stand the poor level of professionalism, but I recently attempted to go back. I will not EVER go back to this salon again as the appointment that I made was just cancelled for the second consecutive time. This place has a lot to learn about the service industry, and hopefully they do before the entire business fails for lack of clientele.
